The main objective of this program is to motivate kids and adults at any level of fitness to be active every day. LifeStyle+ thrives on creating a positive, upbeat and , of course, fun environment in which kids and adults can participate in through physical activity. In an age overshadowed by obesity, physical fitness and overall well being are essential to the solution. Having a positive attitude and being determined is of the utmost importance when it comes to health , and that is what the +FIT program is all about. We push all of our clients to their full potential through training sessions, sports, workouts and positive reinforcement. This program is specifically designed for kids, adults and people with special needs to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness, by having fun while getting fit.

AdultFIT (50+ Beginner)
As you grow older, an active lifestyle is more important than ever. Regular exercise can help boost energy, maintain your independence, and manage symptoms of illness or pain. Exercise can even reverse some of the symptoms of aging. And not only is exercise good for your body, it’s also good for your mind, mood, and memory. Session Time: 45 minutes

TinyFIT (1-2 years old)
To help children develop habits that will last a lifetime, an active, healthy lifestyle must start early in life. Physical activity has benefits at every age. Children this age don’t understand rules and often are not coordinated enough to play organized sports. The main focus is to get them moving and having fun. The strength, endurance and skill of skeletal muscles improve with physical activity helping the toddlers’ competence and co-ordination skills get better . Young children who enjoy physical activity start to gain competence and confidence that can make them want to continue to participate as they get older. Running, Climbing, crawling, throwing, catching, pulling and pushing are some of the many skills the kids will learn in TinyFIT. Session Time : 45 minutes
