PlayFIT consists of activities that relate to health and fitness. Children will play a variety of sports and games and truly experience the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle by being active. It includes a mix of active free-play, games and beginner exercises that relate to health and fitness. They will come to PLAY and have the chance to get FIT by participating in fun physical activities. Session Time: 60 minutes of FUN!! Teens will participate in different fitness exercises and games related to sports while focusing on their own strengths and weaknesses.

FunFIT focuses on being active and having fun. The workouts and games in this class recognize ten general physical skills that can collectively be used to access the functionality of any fitness regimen: Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, agility, accuracy, balance, and coordination.
