François is the founder of LifeStyle+. After coaching hockey and working with kids for several years, he grew a passion for working with them, including those diagnosed with Autism. Being in the presence of kids every day is what motivated him to start Lifestyle+. His vision is to promote an active healthy lifestyle for families in his community.
Interests
François is constantly active on a daily basis and loves it. Stating a young age he played a variety of sports. He believes kids must do the same to live a long and healthy life. He stays on a healthy diet and includes physical activities in his daily routine.
